PVOC (Precision Vehicle Operating Course) is a specialized driving curriculum designed specifically for valet operations and high-precision maneuvering.
 

The course focuses heavily on reverse-motion control, tight-space maneuvering, spatial awareness, and offers students tools with which to execute maneuvers with quarter-inch precision under real operational conditions.

Of the 13 maneuvers included in the course, the majority are executed in reverse.

Students are trained to:

• precision maneuver in tight environments

• correct identified driving weaknesses

• improve operational speed and efficiency
  
   

Sessions typically take between 15 and 45 minutes.

Exceptional drivers with strong vehicle control often complete the course in approximately 15 minutes!

Longer sessions indicate areas where improvement opportunities exist — and that’s where the training begins.

When weaknesses are identified, instructors immediately coach the student through alternative techniques and precision strategies designed to improve control and confidence.
 

At the end of the course student receives:

• a score

• details from notes that were recorded

• and personalized practice homework written for them to follow
   

Students can then return to retake the course and improve their score through repetition and skill development.

PVOC's scoring system was developed in 2011 and completely transformed the effectiveness of the course.

Average drivers typically score:

Mid-50s

Drivers scoring in the:

60s; demonstrate strong forward and reverse vehicle control.

Drivers scoring:

70+ earn PVOC Certification.
